The Partnership is working towards achieving the following Vision for the town;
We want to ensure that Middlewich continues to be a thriving town which meets the needs of the local community, attracts visitors and maintains a strong and sustainable economy.
Our values
Middlewich Vision will work in partnership with relevant organisations and the local community to fulfil its commitment to delivering social, environmental and economic regeneration within Middlewich and the surrounding rural hinterland.
The Partnership will build strong relationships with other organisations and networks and ensure that they have confidence in the Partnership.
Middlewich Vision will manage the balance between the community's expectations and the realities of the Partnerships ability to deliver.
In pursuit of the Vision the Partnership values;
- Community focused delivery
- Involvement
- Empowerment
- Fairness and transparency
- Inclusivity
- Respect
The Partnerships core value is that all the work it undertakes, will have at its heart, the intention to make a positive impact on the town.
Our Core Aims
- Ensure the sustainability of the Partnership.
Middlewich Vision operates in an increasing complex and competitive funding environment. The Partnership has previously relied on local authority and grant funding to maintain the core funding. There are ever increasing pressures on these sources of funding and the Partnership is committed to diversifying the core funding streams.
- Develop the capacity of the Partnership and the people that work for and with us.
For the Partnership to successfully deliver the vision it needs to ensure that its people have the right skills and experiences to manage the projects undertaken.
- To deliver activities that have a postive impact on the community.
The Partnership is committed to delivering activties and projects that have come from an evidenced community need.
